A former attorney, Bob Bildner transitioned into founding and selling food distribution and manufacturing businesses. He is also a dedicated philanthropist, cofounding the Foundation for Jewish Camp. An accomplished photographer, he studied worldwide and documented farms and restaurants for this book. Bildner holds degrees from Yale, Penn Law, and JTS.
Elisa Spungen Bildner is a former lawyer, CEO, reporter, editor, and journalism professor. She’s a trained chef and yoga instructor. With a BA from Yale, JD from Columbia, and MS in Nutrition, she leads nonprofit boards and contributes widely to consumer, trade, and scholarly publications.
